Every year in October, when the leaves put on their autumnal show, the words of Yeats spring to mind from his wonderful poem 'The Wild Swans at Coole'. I have used the first verse as I think it evokes such beautiful images; 'The trees are in their autumn beauty, The woodland paths are dry, Under the October twilight the water Mirrors a still sky; Upon the brimming water among the stones Are nine and fifty swans.'
The tigers eye and red and yellow jasper I've used for the leaves are said to have grounding energy and jasper is known as the 'supreme nurturer'.
The pebble art is presented in a black 10"x10" (25cmx25cm) box frame with glass. It can be hung (please ensure you use appropriate fixings when hanging) or left free-standing. Photos of item are taken without front in place so that detail can be seen without glare. It comes in a white craft gift box and "Celtic Wren" will be signed on the mount.
